Eight years in product management, in both big companies and startups, taught me that figuring out what to build is usually the hard part, not the building itself. I work with founders who have big ideas and not enough time, and I help them focus on what actually matters.

And I don't stop at the plan. If you're overwhelmed, I take ownership and get it built — I'll build the simpler things like landing pages and web apps myself, and lead the developers on anything bigger, so your team ends up with something they can actually run.

I'm direct and practical. If something doesn't need to be in version one, I'll tell you.
