Real projects. Real results.
A selection of products I helped shape, launch, or rescue — from stuck startups to scaling platforms.

Campiri
From scattered features to a fully independent camper marketplace.
Campiri needed someone to lead their product, define what to build next, and keep the team focused on what mattered.
What I did
- Led product strategy end-to-end
- Maintained and prioritized the roadmap
- Prototyped key features
- Helped the team focus on high-impact work
The result
Campiri became a fully independent and functional marketplace where camper owners and customers interact and complete the entire rental process digitally.

Propeller
One year in development, "never ready." Launched in three weeks.
Propeller had been in development for about a year and was "never ready" to launch. The users were scared to adopt it, and the app was not built around their needs.
What I did
- Interviewed users and mapped their real workflows
- Redesigned user journeys and simplified features
- Removed unnecessary buttons and unused features
- Onboarded the team to a user-centric approach
The result
Within 3 weeks of taking over, Propeller was launched and being used by its users. The product was stripped down to the essentials and made to work perfectly.
Swist / Amazing Check-in
An unclear website that needed hours of founder calls. Now it converts customers who already get it.
Their website wasn't clearly communicating what the product actually did. Users couldn't tell what they were buying, so the founders had to spend hours on calls explaining the service to every potential customer.
What I did
- Analysed the existing website and the competitive landscape
- Researched users to understand what they actually needed to hear
- Rebuilt the website from scratch with AI-assisted coding
- Sharpened the value proposition and messaging
The result
Conversions now arrive pre-qualified — visitors who sign up already understand the product and complete the purchase without lengthy founder calls. Higher conversion quality and far fewer support hours for the team.

FerdiGo
Three years of building, zero launches. Live in four months.
FerdiGo had no product experts and was all over the place with ideas. They had been building for 3 years without seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
What I did
- Analysed the team and established clear responsibilities
- Led discovery workshops focused on user-centric design
- Simplified the MVP scope drastically
- Integrated real user stories into the product
The result
FerdiGo went live approximately 4 months after our first meeting. The MVP was simplified to must-have functionalities, fully focused on real user needs.
